You can run Calibre DRC in batch mode. To do this, you need to make a rule deck. A common one would be:

LAYOUT PATH  "invx1.calibre.db"
LAYOUT PRIMARY "invx1"
LAYOUT SYSTEM GDSII
DRC RESULTS DATABASE "invx1.drc.results" ASCII 
DRC MAXIMUM RESULTS 1000

Then you just run:

calibre -drc -hier -nowait mydrc.rul

The output is put in "invx1.drc.summary"
